About the Event
When and where will the AgriFest 2025 take place?
The AgriFest 2025 will take place in Wa, Upper West Region, Ghana at Dellagio Hotel, Daako Road, Opposite SSNIT Residence
Registration will open at 8 am on Thursday, January 29, 2025, with the opening ceremony starting at 9 am. Two snack breaks and lunch will be provided every day.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code for the AgriFest 2025. Considering Wa’s warm climate, lightweight and breathable fabrics like cotton and linen are recommended.
You will walk from the main conference to the exhibition stands and then to the various rooms provided for the breakout sessions. Please ensure your footwear is comfortable.
In terms of footwear please take note of the following:
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended for the field tour.
- Formal or semi-formal shoes for indoor sessions.
Do you provide accommodation?
Please note that we do not provide accommodation for participants. However, there are several comfortable and convenient lodging options available in Wa close to the conference venue to suit various budgets and preferences.

Early bookings are encouraged as Wa has limited high-capacity accommodations and please ensure you confirm your reservation directly with the facility.
I am an entrepreneur, can I participate in the deal room?
No. Our deal room is reserved for the participants in our various programs or recommended by our partners. If you are interested in participating in any of our programs, please follow us on our various social media channels and make sure you do not miss the application period.
Cancellation Policy
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds will only be issued if the we are contacted at least two weeks (14 days) before the event date. Requests made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
I have purchased my ticket but I cannot come. What should I do?
If you have purchased your ticket but cannot make it anymore, you can contact us for a refund at least two weeks (14 days) to the event date. Past that date, you can transfer the ticket to someone. Please send us an email at [email protected] to request for a transfer
Registration Updates
My information has changed since I registered, what should I do?
If your information has changed, please email us at [email protected] at least a week (7 days) before the event date. Past that deadline, we will use the information you used at registration to print your badge
Can I purchase a ticket just for one day?
We currently do not sell tickets just for a day
Scholarships & Discounts
Do you offer scholarships to attend the AgriFest
We do not currently offer scholarships to attend the AgriFest but we hope to do so in the near future.
